Clownish object manipulation show for toddlers aged 2 and up
Yggdrasil is a small clownish object manipulation show for toddlers aged 2 and up. In a non-space without place or time, there are two players, a metal chest, and a coat rack, the Yggdrasil, the tree symbolizing the world’s genesis.
Norse myths feature characters with powers as great as their weaknesses, embodied by puppets, figurines, and other objects. Disregarding coherence to stay within the illogical logic of play, censorship is omitted, and the absurd becomes clownish.
